On Friday 14^th October the DDFUA held its final event of the season with 40 umpires and friends enjoying the day at Adventure World. Despite the overcast conditions everyone had a wet and wild time. 

The Adventure World Day replaced the Grand Final BBQ this season and it proved to be a hit with a large amount of umpires enjoying all that Adventure World has to offer. 

The Rocky Mountain Rapids and Shot Gun speed slides were popular with all. The Grand Prix Race Track also got a work out with many of the umpires channelling Mark Webber as they hurtled around the track.

The Adventure World Day brought the 2011 season to a close with a bang and it was fantastic to see so many umpires reaping the rewards of their hard work during the final series.
