Ahead of the Dean Margetts promotional game on Sunday 27th June, Margetts visited DDUFA training where the umpires for the game were announced.

Dean will return to grass-roots football as part of the District’s contribution to the 'Umpiring is Everyone’s Business' campaign.

The campaign highlights that umpiring is a shared responsibility, encouraging all participants to have a role in creating positive match day environments.

An expanded panel of field umpires were seleted who will all umpire with Margetts on the day. Those field umpires are Daniel Gibbons, Scott Thompson, Matt Fennell and Alex Mafrici.

The boundary umpires are Alex Freemantle, Cory Dugan, Josh Burke-Summers and Lorcan Bourke. The goal umpires are Ryan Perry and Jayman Tilbee.
